The Letting Partnership Financial Health Checks


Serra Property undertake the nationally recognised Letting Partnership health check annually to ensure that as a company we employ and are managed and directed by 'fit and proper professionals'. The check was created with the express purpose of supporting and promoting professionalism within the property services industry, specifically in the areas of client accounting and client money protection.

The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) resolves disputes between consumers and agents and is our approved redress scheme. TPOS produces a national and industrywide recognised code of practise.

  • Our Employers’ liability is covered to the value of £10,000,000 for each and every claim or loss
  • We carry Professional Indemnity is covered to the value of £250,000 for any one claim
  • We also hold Crisis containment which is covered to the value of £25,000 each and every crisis and in the aggregate
  • And we hold Cyber and Data breach policies which are covered to the value of £100,000
